2009
▸Exchanged stock shares with JENG YUAN RECLAIMED RUBBER SDN. BHD. And GREENCYCLE INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in April. The paid-in capital after the shares swap 2010 was NTS 148,950 thousand; also, POLYGREEN RESOURCES CO., LTD. was the main business entity for the Emerging stock and OTC listing of foreign issuers.
▸The SAP B1 ERP system was adopted in July to respond to increasingly complex business information.
▸Made sales to Continental (Germany) in response to its establishing the new plant in Hefei, China in October.
2010
POLYGREEN RESOURCES CO., LTD. has its stock shares listed for trade in Emerging stock market

▸GRAND OASIS CORP., the subsidiary, was incorporated in June.
2011
POLYGREEN RESOURCES CO., LID. officially became the first listed company in Taiwan

▸JENG YUAN RECLAIMED RUBBER SDN. BHD,, the subsidiary, obtained ISO 14001 certification in June.
▸Acquired 100% equity of VISION TIRE CO. LTD. in July in order to expand the operations in Taiwan.
2012
Established Taiwan branch in January
▸Established Taiwan branch in January and acquired land and constructed a factory in Yongan Industrial Zone to engage in the used tires recycling business in Taiwan.
2013
▸Obtained the registration certificate of the plant in Yongan Industrial Zone in December with a trial operation initiated.
2014
Participated in the paving of waste tire rubber asphalt concrete section by the Environmental Protection Administration at Provincial Highway 61 (Taiwan) West Coast Expressway heavy- duty road section in June.
2015
Obtain a registration certificate for recyclable waste disposal.
▸VISION TIRE CO., LTD., the subsidiary, had the waste tire processing line ceased temporarily due to a fire which took place in January.
▸Taiwan branch obtained the registration certificate for the waste recycling business in December.
2016年
The new plant of Taiwan branch was officially opened and JENG YUAN RECLAIMED RUBBER SDN. BHD,, the subsidiary, had the new production line for compound officially put into operation.

2017
Participated in the laying of rubber asphalt road projects on some sections of Provincial Highway 72 and Provincial Highway 61 of the Environmental Protection Agency; obtained the green environmental protection label certification
▸In March, we participated in the Environmental Protection Agency’s rubber asphalt road laying project in the Miaoli section of Provincial Highway 72.
▸Obtained an order from Kenda Tire Vietnam Plant in June.
▸In August, we participated in the Environmental Protection Agency’s 2018 Recycling: Recycling Foundation’s 20th Anniversary Special Exhibition, promoting the diversified reuse of waste tires—rubber asphalt paving.
Taiwan branch obtained the green environmental label certification in October.
▸In November, we participated in the rubber asphalt road paving project on the Chiayi Water Section of Provincial Highway 61.
2018
Participated in the paving of the waste tire rubber asphalt road project in the south section of the Zhutian System of National Highway No. 3; obtained the 108th Annual Innovation and Research Development Plan of the Environmental Protection Agency
▸In July, we participated in the laying of waste tire rubber asphalt road project in the southern section of the Zhutian system of National Highway 3.
▸In November, the rubber asphalt trial paving project for the high-screen bridge section of the Taiwan Line will be carried out.
Obtained a research project on the improvement of the rubber asphalt mixing process capability ofthe EPA's 2019 annual innovation and R&D plan.
2019

▸In April, the rubber asphalt laying project for the branch line of National Highway No. 1 Hsinchu Science Park connecting to Xin'an Road will be carried out.
▸The rubber asphalt laying project on Muzha Road in Taipei City will be carried out in November.
2020
An additional 2 kilometers of Muzha Road in Wenshan District, Taipei City were paved; obtained the 110-year Innovation and Research and Development Plan of the Environmental Protection Agency
▸An additional 2 kilometers of lanes will be paved on Muzha Road in Wenshan District, Taipei City.
▸Obtained the Environmental Protection Agency's 110th Annual Innovation and Research and Development Plan - to develop a waste tire treatment plant and introduce IoT automated monitoring and certification management.
2021
Obtained orders; Obtained the 111th Annual Innovation and Research and Development Plan of the Environmental Protection Agency
▸Acquired an order from Cheng Hsin Tire Vietnam Factory in February.
▸ Obtained company registration of PT Polygreen Indonesia in March.

▸In September, the warm-mix rubber asphalt road paving project of Lane 179, Section 2, Neihu Road, Taipei City was carried out.
